Our LG dishwasher, only a couple weeks past the 2 year warranty of course, suddenly died. Control panel just kaput. I called LG to find a certified technician, and they gave me a list, which included Just Right Mechanical. Just Right didn’t have an active website, and only 1 (though very good) review, so I tried others first. None could help for one reason or another (no techs available, out of business, etc.). So I called Just Right and Bradley picked up right away. We scheduled an appointment for the next day, and then he called back to say he was nearby and if I wanted him to he could come by right then – absolutely I did! He arrived within 30 minutes and due to some incredible luck (and the fact that this part is known to be a real problem) he actually had the LG panel for my exact model in his truck right then. He clearly explained what went wrong with the old one, and he got it installed in less than an hour. He even helped re-secure the dishwasher under the counter where it had come loose. Dishwasher again working perfectly less than 24 hours after it was a giant brick. Highly recommend!
